About the service
A solution matched to the application
The system shows the status of the room, allows you to check the agenda and – depending on the configuration – make a reservation. We integrate it with the Microsoft 365 environment or other supported platform and identity management policy.
We need a list of rooms and resources, the calendar used, how to log in, the booking policy, and expectations for releasing unused meetings. Access to the network, power supply to panels and administrator responsibility are also important.

The reservation is consistent in the calendar, panel and room
We check creation, change, cancellation, confirmation of attendance, time zones and permissions. The test covers selected user accounts and the scenario of losing connection to the calendar service.

Frequently asked questions
Does the system work with Microsoft 365?
Yes, we select solutions that support integration with Microsoft 365 resources and calendars. We agree on the required permissions with the IT department.
Does the panel require a separate power supply?
Many panels use PoE, but the requirements depend on the device and network infrastructure. We check them before the cabling project.
