About the service
A solution matched to the application
We analyze the seating arrangement, participants’ roles, moderation method, number of languages, registration and integration with videoconferencing. The system may include delegate microphones, interpreter booths, receivers and archiving.
The project requires the number of stands, the layout of the room, the method of reporting and conducting discussions, the number of languages, the needs for voting, recording and broadcasting. We also determine whether some of the equipment is to be mobile within the facility.

Full meeting session with microphones, languages and registration
We test the presenter’s permissions, the queue of reports, listening, each translation channel, voting and transmission to external systems covered by the project. The procedure also includes replacing the participant’s device.
