1. Why we use cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser. They help remember your language and consent choices. With your consent, they also support website usage statistics and Google’s advertising features. Some settings are stored in the browser’s localStorage or sessionStorage.

We use necessary technologies to provide the features you request. You control the storage and reading of optional cookies through the banner. Storage of information on your device is governed by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. The GDPR also applies to personal data. We enable optional analytics and marketing cookies and the associated data processing on the basis of your consent. Section 4 describes signals sent without those cookies.

2. Categories and providers

Required: Polylang remembers your website language. Complianz and WP Consent API store your choice and communicate it to the website’s tools. SHADOK’s own features remember dismissal of the banner and your selected accessibility settings.
Preferences: a separate banner option manages additional preferences. Disabling it does not prevent the necessary storage of your consent decision.
Statistics: Google Analytics 4 provides website usage statistics. Analytics cookies are stored after you enable this category.
Marketing: your choice is communicated to Google and controls consent to advertising storage, use of data for advertising and advertising personalisation. These permissions remain denied when you decline. Google tags are managed through Google Tag Manager and Google Site Kit.

The website’s icons use Font Awesome resources. Some archived projects contain images loaded from Facebook (Meta) servers and article previews loaded from AVIntegracje. Loading an external resource shares technical connection data, such as the IP address and browser information, with its provider.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The list below covers technologies confirmed in the website’s current configuration. Your browser may remove them earlier, and you can also delete website data yourself.

4. Before your choice and after refusal

The website uses advanced Google Consent Mode v2. Before you choose, and when you refuse analytics or marketing consent, the corresponding consent signals are set to denied. Google tags may send limited measurement signals without analytics or advertising cookies. Refusal does not mean that all connections to Google stop.

Enabling statistics or marketing updates the corresponding consent states. Changing your decision to refusal restricts subsequent tag behaviour. To remove cookies stored previously, you can also delete the website’s data in your browser.

5. Change or withdraw consent

You can accept all categories, deny all optional cookies or save your own selection. Reopen the same banner at any time with the “Manage consent” button on the website or the button below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Closing the banner does not enable new consent.

The banner remembers your choice for 365 days. Complianz’s consent register stores the selected categories and the time of the decision. You can also manage website data in your browser settings. Deleting data may show the banner again and remove saved preferences.
