About the service
A solution matched to the application
We select cameras, microphones, speakers, displays and a collaboration platform according to the size of the room and the method of conducting meetings. We pay attention to framing, echo cancellation, speech intelligibility and a simple user interface.
To select a solution, we need the dimensions and layout of the room, the number of participants, the meeting platform used, BYOD rules, IT standards and information about acoustics and lighting. One system corresponds to a small room, another to a shared space or a hall.

Start a meeting without manually reconnecting devices
The meeting scenario determines what starts automatically, what the user sees on the panel and how the room supports the guest’s laptop without reconnecting the signal path.
Clear speech for local and remote participants
We evaluate the placement of microphones, speakers and DSP processing for seats at the table and remote participants, not only for the presenter.
Central management and diagnostics
Device status, updates and basic diagnostics can be collected in one management model agreed with the IT administration.

Acceptance testing
Test meeting with participants on both sides of the call
Reception includes launching, joining the meeting, sharing content, framing, two-way conversation, and ending the session. We also test guest mode and device reboot behavior if they are in scope.

Can the system work with a guest laptop?
Yes. We can provide for a native room mode and BYOD, depending on the IT policy and expected method of service.
How to improve sound quality in a difficult room?
We analyze acoustics, microphone and speaker placement, and DSP configuration. Sometimes elements of acoustic adaptation are also needed.
